Sprinting focus 8 years in the makingJarrod 17 yrs all focus and determination as he powers through his sprint race with brilliant composure and running technique. Note how he is driving off the rear toes whilst holding back the shaft/shin position of his front leg, ready to flail it forward. Both shins appear parallel.

Making Hurdling Look Easy.Miranda 16 yrs displaying a perfect dismount off the hurdle. Note how the body appears totally relaxed with no evident tension. Both hands are in a good low position thus weighting the centre of gravity and making it easier for the centrifugal forces to come in to play.
